I need to help understanding all this permit crap. I know the basic rules of the dunes (whips, helmet speed) but does my bike need a sticker? and the 25 pass is just a parking pass correct?[?]

Az. bikes do not need a "Green Sticker" required by ca law. Be sure to bring and keep a copy of your quad registration with you or on your bike.:D

You may want to check out the "Duners Guide". There is a lot of good information about ISDRA contained in that forum.:D
