Ok...here is the deal. We are starting to look for a FW toyhauler and have narrowed our selection down to a few options.

First choice is the Dune Chaser. We like the FW that they make and find that they are very nicely appointed. I am curious if anyone on here has a Dune Chaser? If so where did you purchase and what is a range for what you paid? I have talked to a dealer here in AZ and another in CA and still not happy with the prices that I have gotten.

Second choice is Weekend Warrior. Only downside that I have found with this is finding a model that has a separate garage that we can walk through. Can't seem to find one and anyone with one that could share their thoughts is apprciated.

Third choice at this point is a toss up. Just started to look at the Raptor and stopped at little dealer this afternoon and looked at the Recon. Again any help or suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave

Stop by Earnhardt RV in the Avondale Autoplex.

How big are you looking for?

Their backlot is HUGE!!! They have some really nice one's. I saw a Desert Fox 5w 38.5' that has a Separate garage that you can walk through AND separate outside side door too. The garage had a queen pull down it there for the kids.
Couple slide-outs also.

I think the price was around 48k [:0] Slightly negotiable.

Not sure the size/price you're look for, but they have quite the selection.

Good luck,

They are all negotiable. ;)

I wouldn't take my business to Earnhardt if they were giving them away. [xx(]

WW will custom build you any kind of trailer you want. Just give them a call. ;)

I have to agree about Earnhardt I would go back to sleeping in a tent if they were the last people selling Toyhaulers.

I have had a great time with the Avondale Earnhardt guys/gals.............
They are even letting me store the hauler on their back lot. I can come and go as I please.

Good luck with your search.

What size are you looking for?

Eclipse Attitude, I read they have a new trailer out with a seperate garage. Bought ours at worldwide and have never had a problem with warranty issues or service. We were satified with the purchase the trailer and the service.

We are looking for a 36 - 40 foot unit. I have to say the internet is a great pricing tool....I have priced the Dune Chaser 38FKS through 3 different dealers from CA, NV and TX....and prices are all over the board....fully loaded the dealer in CA want 52k....NV 45K and TX 42K.....so now to see if the local dealer is willing to wheel and deal. And the best thing that I found is delivery can be handled...and is very reasonable.....400 to 600 for delivery.

Hope you find what you are looking for. I would imagine that you should be able to get the trailer for 25% under MSRP out the door. There is a large markup on toyhaulers.

Big struggle with Earnhardt in Mesa......

Especially the "lack of customer service dept"

Call Pat the owner of Family Van 602-944-1147. Never any hassle. I think he told me the other day he was getting a new 40' Attitude 5th wheel. I have an Attitude and love it. He also carries Sandpiper. Awesome service.
