I am a divorced dad and looking for a great roommate to share my house. I am fun natured, outgoing and respectful. My home is a 4 bed room, two baths. Swimming pool, fruit trees, out side BBQ, surround sound stereo, high speed internet, Cable, washer dryer and dart board. Close to shopping and Glendale community college. I prefer a female because I have two daughters home part time. Oh I also have two Labrador retrievers full of energy home full time so you must like dogs. You need to be fun, friendly, honest and responsible. Capable of helping to keep the house clean. If you are a slob, drug user or not responsible and stable please do not contact me. Moderate drinker ok and smoker ok but outside only. You would have your own smaller private room but would need to share a bathroom when my girls are home once in a while. I was thinking $400 a month and that would cover utilities also. Month to month in case it does not work out for either of us. Simple I say! If it works out great long term would be awesome! Come on Griz,, you are usually correct,, but I don't think a little fun,, will hurt his chances. If I posted it, and someone posted this after me, I would "laugh at it" and more on, knowing they were teasing me..;)

You couldn't PAY her $400 a night to stay with you..
