It's the latest and greatest rumor getting tossed around in the mill. I will definately be asking Jay about it this weekend in Prescott.

I know they (Jay, and Jackie) are getting tired of the desert stuff. I hope they don't shut it down to run Pima.

Being part of the Arizona State Parks Off Highway Vehicle Advisory Group, I can tell you this is indeed the truth. I have a letter from PMP stating so.

I spoke with Jackie McKinley (Whiplash) yesterday, here are the FACTS:

1. No contract yet signed, but deal looks to
be a sure thing.

2. Whiplash desert racing will resume as
normal. Main office may, at a date in the
future, move to Tucson. But that is just
a "maybe".
