The Rocky Point Beach race isn't on there for January, but that was new last year anyway. It replaced Parker.
I like Vulture Mine being moved to Novenber 14 though :D Right now is PERFECT riding weather!
Looks good to me [:p]

I second that! Racing in mid 70's is MUCH better, than 90's.[8D]:D

I had a feeling that Sandy Beach race was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Glad I did it.
So...the GP Series is 4 races...the Desert Series is 6 races.
Sounds like a good schedule. The only holiday weekend race is Snowflake so no interference with duning.

Sounds like crap to me! They(Whiplash) put a race on the same day(Feb. 8) as the National Enduro at Lake Pleasant. I mean we don't get enough races locally anyway. Then they put one on an hour away from a National event. WTF! I even reminded them about the date at the Tucson race. Odds are they will probably still wonder why nobody shows up. I'm a little bitter because I wanted to do both. I mean if they moved it to Saturday the 7th it would probably be more successful then how it stands now.

I am upset because the March 6th race is the same weekend as the drag race Nationals at Firebird. Looks like I'm going to miss the nationals this time.

At least that is not the same type of event but I know what you mean. Whiplash should really look at what is going on in the state before making up a schedule. But then again everything is subject to change right? Where is the fourth GP? I only see 3.

I counted Alto Pit since it was the called the "Prescott Mountain GP" this year and it is at 6 miles.
Sorry about the conflicting races. Promoters as a species don't seem to coordinate well (just look at Boxing). They would all make more money if they didn't try to compete with each other so much.

I asked Jay about the splitting of the series at Wickenburg and he said that it will not happen. It will be one long series just like in the past and there will be no team races. He claims there wasn't enough positive response.
