Hi i am going to vacation in pine and i would like to know what is around the area of pine for for trails for atvs because i do not have a trailer yet.

FR#428 runs around Strawberry mountain to FR#708 which is the Fossil Creek road. FR#708 heads west and runs all the way down to Camp Verde. The veiw is great heading down into the valley. It also connects to FR#502 which leads to the Verde River.
Back to FR#428 Just outside Pine I saw some 50" trails off the side. I didn't get a chance to explore those but they looked interesting.

fossil creek is agreat area i ride there all the time you can also try the control road area as well as the buck head area in telephone draw area .

Were I ride when Im up there is, Go about 5 miles north of Jct 260, and at the sign Jct300 turn Right, I believe it says to Knoll Lake. I never made it anywhere in particular but long and very nice Trails. As U go over the cattle guard when U enter jct300 the trails I road were to the left. I looked for 2 tracked trails leading off into the woods and had fun.
