electric golf cart to gas powered

question for all you golf cart / RUV guru's.

how much work would be involved in changing an electric cart over to a gas powered cart. ive got an extra 200cc engine just layin around and a golf cart that is wayyyy to slow...so i was thinking why not add the 2. just tryin to get some answers and see how much work is going to be involved before i go any farther...Thanks!

Depending on the cart, probably the biggest thing is changing out the rear axle. I'm sure it is easier to sell the electric and find a gasser. There are mods for the sparkys to go faster. try www.buggiesunlimited.com All golf carts forums.
