Anyone one know if there is any PD shooting around the Grand Canyon area?

I don't know about Grand Canyon but there are prairie dogs around Flagstaff.

A lot of guys go west of Flagstaff off of I-40. Try the AZ Game and Fish websight, if you contact the right person they may be able to steer you to ranchers who allow it.

the hunting season for p-dogs starts in mid june. i cant wait!
