Is it possible to add a feature that allows you to chat live with other members? The functionality is already in place that tells me when other members are online. However, it would be nice to be able to ping a specific individual with a quick question.

OK. I guess it defeats the purpose of a forum? Glad I asked. No worries!
I don't see chat in our future. This suggestion is a good one at first thought but a further in-depth analysis will tell you that many questions that would normally end up in the forum would never be documented and shared with other members. For that simple reason, we have no plans to go chat all the time. However, we may have scheduled chats in the future.

Shannon is right - my first thought was it would be a "nice to have" but defeats the purpose of a forum. We all learn from each other!
