Is the Hassayampa river bed a ridable trail from Interstate 10 north towards Wickenburg?
It was about 2 years ago. I drove it in my Jeep from I-10 to the railroad bridge outside the preserve. There were range gates going across some parts. I can't remember how many.
Hopefully someone that has been that way recently can give a update on this. Alot can change in 2 years.

Yes it is. Right around 40-45 miles I'm guessing from Tonapah to Wickenburg. It can get a little tricky finding the trail when you're up on the plain though. Wolfhound is familiar with the area around the Belmont mtns, not sure if he has gone all the way from 10 to Wickenburg though. Shoot him a PM.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat all day, drinking.

Oh yea, I've been from I-10 to the Hasayampa Preserve fence (Just before Wickenburg) but didn't try to bypass it. I know you can get up to the Hwy from there but not sure of getting around to the East side of Hasayampa Preserve. Just a few gates between I-10 & the preserve. There are legal ways around every fence...
