Hey, I live up towards Lake Pleasant. But I have never been to THE "Mile 11.5" that I hear about often. Can you tell me about it? West or east of Lake Pleasant Rd (99th ave.) Information on riding there etc... Thanx!

It's west of Lake Pleasant. I have yet to go out there, but there are supposed to be staging areas along the road from AZ74 to Morristown. BLM has a map for $4 at their office near 7th Ave and Deer Valley.

This place was the first one i took my new bike out to . WOW i was really impressed ! Though i went on a weekday and were only 4 other riders it is massive .Very well marked trails , at one point the trail went from a wash to a goat trail , to single track to a hairy hill climb and back again . Also one of the cleanest places too , Way ta go on packing out yer trash here people ! happy trails
