Loving lab mix needs home ASAP!

Adorable lab mix around a year and a half old. I got him about 9 months ago from a family who didn't want him anymore. He's a very well behaved dog, who loves to play and have fun. He gets along very well with other dogs. He is very shy around other people until he warms up to them. I'm not sure what happened at his previous home, if he was abused or not, but I believe that is why he is shy around new people. However, Once he does warm up to you, he is the most loving dog you will ever meet. He is perfect on walks and listens to most commands, such as sit and shake. I can have him out in our front yard and he will stay there with out a leash. I need to find him a home as soon as possible due to my rental agreement.
