Our Prowler is bone stock engine/carb. We are going up to the rim area at 7500+ ft. I am getting concerned if this thing will run worth a crap in stock jetting form ?
I have done nothing with it yet. It feels a little rich in stock form to me at our house where we buzz around. We are at 2500 ft. and I am referring to strickly seat of the pants feel ;) I plan on spending some time with it one of these times to dial it in perfect. Just have not got to it jet - Have not even pulled the plug to see how it looks.[:0]

Any experiences at elevation with your stock Prowlers ?

Thx,

I did a plug check it looks like it is burning great for our
2500'-2800' with stock jetting.

I've had no problem with the jetting in my Rhino. I have used my stock main jet from 700 ft- 8,300 and ran good all in between. I will be going up to Co. next wek and I know from my bike trips up there before that I'll need to jet down, Had to drop 2 sizes on my bike and ran great from 9,400-11,000 ft. I just droped two sizes in my Rhino for a starting point, and I think that should be good, but have other jets on hand. Takes me about 10 min to rejet my Rhino carb.

Quadman20 ran his Prowler up there last summer without re-jetting. Said it was a little sluggish but not to bad.

Yep runs fine up north even at 8413 feet. Unless you live at 5000' or better all the time I wouldn't do it or you'll real lean at 2000'
