I found this pic on another atv web site I visit. It's pretty amazing. Here's his description...
we went hunting this week-end and got three bull moose and the king pull them all out of the bush!!!!

Some of the smaller species of moose would work with a quad. I shot a "small" one in Alaska that was about 1500 lbs. With alot of work, the vehicle that hauled it was a "Rocon". Kind of a king sized mini-bike with 2 wheel drive. Drove about 2 mph, would climb or haul anything. The bike would even float across a river on it's side if needed. Got flown into camp mounted to the wing of a SuperCub. An awesome machine that is made somewhere in New Hampshire.
I was told by a wise old man... " A moose is the only animal that will grow after it is dead. When you shoot one, by the time you walk up to it you will swear it got bigger."

Elk are like that, espicially if you are hunting by yourself and have walked three miles from the Rhino to shoot one.

I guess that's one way to get moose out. [:0]
And that video, saw it last week, is something else. :D
I cant believe that people actually gut animals still, especially a moose!!

Acutally ;) if you just release the pressure of the stomach, you can push it down and cut them out, without spilling one bit of wonderful smelling guts.

Because it's a dirty, messy, smelly, pointless act!

The moose is nice. But I like the KQ!
One of the few with enough to do something like that, and not break down in the process. (If that was a Polaris, you would see a guy kneeling next to it all dirty/greasy and with tools in his hand wrenching on it. [:0])
