I am looking for information on trails and atv riding in the Apache Junction area. I am new to Arizona and would like to ride and meet other riders.

I found this .pdf document while surfing yesterday. The area is call Desert Wells. The map is pretty good and shows all trails. I found the map at this site I attempted to attach the file but it is too large, so I'll just include a link. http://www.arizonatrailriders.org/AJ-PlacestoRide.htm
I haven't been riding there yet, but I plan to take a trip out there soon.

Being stupid is supposed to hurt.
Desert Wells is..well flat, but so was Ironwood at one time until people started making own sidetrails, be careful there are a couple hidden water places and live animals. Most people dont' like it because it is not scenic at all and for beginners and no hills whatsoever, basically it is a place to go when just want out of the house for a couple hours, I live close by so it's easy accessible. Alot like the Ironwood by the ETMotorpark...flat with little bumps here and there.
