You will find lots of mines if you go West to the next mountains. They are the Belmont mtns & can be accessed from Hassayampa-Wickenburg Hwy. Not many mines & no ghost towns near White Tanks. Nice riding on the West or South sides of White Tanks...Also the Hasayampa River bed is just west of there also...

Lots and lots of mines in the hills east of Bullhead City. There are a number of what used to be buildings associated with these mines also. Most were built out of rock and it amazes me how well they were constructed. Not to mention how much work it must have been. Also you can ride on to Oatman, which although is not what I would call a ghost town but is quite interesting. They stage gunfights in town right in the main street every weekend. It' sort of like Calico if you've ever been there. And right across the river is Laughlin where you can find great room rates at the casinos. I know this is not in your neighborhood but it's not that far away for a weekend trip.
If you want info on staging areas leave a PM.

Dress for the crash not for the ride.
