--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just switched from Dish to Direct TV. I have three Dish Network satellite dishes w/mounting hardware and one receiver that Dish do not want back. Free, come & get them.

Did Ivan the Terrible install your DirectTV. I had this clown come over and try to install DirectTV. He wanted to install two antennas, borrow my ladder and tools...and have me help him with installation because it was Friday after 5pm. The guy spoke hardly any english. I've never seen customer service so bad in my life. I wrote DTV about what happened and they promissed me all this new equipment free and the first three months free too.....sorry, but no way... Hello Cox.

LOL or should I say that it is not that funny because this crap happens all the time. I had the same experience with my original Dish install. It was like I was putting the guy out because I wanted all the TV's to work before he left.[:0]

My recent experience with Direct install was great. The installer actually took the time to explain things to me when he was done. He also showed me, then made me do the hookup for my toyhauler , so I would know for sure how to do it when I get out in the woods. I couldn't have had a better install experience with Direct.
