Currently there is a clean up scheduled for the 15th December for Sycamore. I don't know all the details, but I know the Rockstars MC is going to be there in force. El Gato should have more details.
So all of you that said you would come to a clean up, come out and show your support.

I was there for the last one and will be for this one. Good chance to bring out my new dirtbike and get it dirty as well. ;)
I may make it to this. I get off work at 6am that morning
I was out there last weekend and it didn't look no were as bad as the last the last time I was out there for a clean-up. Just one area was really bad, the area on the right driving down where everyone shoots was loaded again with crap..
I wonder if keeping a large dumpster out there would help. One right up by the road. Open top so people can just through stuff in it.

I am still not sure exactly where the clean up is going to be, but the more the merrier. Rockstars MC is going to be there in force, and then we are going to do a little riding.
I've done this for a few years and so far all I got is areas that are getting closed off. So why clean up an area that the forestry is closing off once the new overpass is complete?
Before you flame me hear me out. I've been cleaning up Sycamore for 14 years. If you ever rode by a guy picking up trash on the side of the road it was prolly me. I got a ton of thumbs up but never ever did anyone stop and help.
So I ask you. Why clean it up if it will be closed off? What did it gain us back before they closed off all the other areas around Sycamore. Every time We clean it up another chunk gets fenced off.
Crap I'll probably be there but I swear I keep asking myself Why Do I do This? The Forestry doesn't want to deal with it. They want to close it.

I hope they come up with a plan to keep it open. They could make money off of that place and keep it clean. $5 entry fee or whatever with a patrol on duty. Id gladly pay $5 or $10 to ride there and keep it clean. Its much cheaper than any track and the trails are amazing.

Cool, count me and my brother in. I'll be in a maroon Titan with the blue YZ450 in the bed. I need another Hooters Racing sticker, JD. :D

I haven't been there in years. Do you take the first left that says sycamore creek? Its at the intersection where if you turn right your on the four peaks road?
Or do you make a u-turn there and head back a little ways then turn?

Ya, the 4 Peaks junction is where its at. Just go left to the Sycamore side, it'll say "Sugarloaf".quote:Originally posted by virtualgeorge
