Fistfull

I went out to ET last night (Thur) thought it might be a good idea to go roll around the track a bit before heading off to Nevada and the Knucklebuster. I had not ridden the pig since Randy changed the valving in the forks and serviced the shock.
There was prob not more than 50 riders total and the track looked good, not to much dust but before I could get my gear on, they started watering the track. With temps below a 100 and the humidity up and less than 20 riders using the vet track, it never did dry out, that didn't stop them though, before the sun went down they were at it again with the water trucks. I don't know, maybe they were trying to recreate the Blackwater 100 here in arizona. I do know it sucked, the next time you go out there, if there is a berm missing, it's prob on the side of my driveway, it was stuck to the bike, had to use the pressure washer to scrape it off.
I was wishing they would get lights so I could ride mid week but if they are going to keep water standing on the track, I don't think I will go back.
All right I'm done with my whining
The suspension on the pig is so nice and smooth now. Small stutter bumps that used to send spasms up the fork legs are not even felt now. I can't wait to get it out in the desert.
