Has anyone taken Walker Gulch from Castle Creek to CK ?

Wolfhound, Just came back from CK last saturday via Walker Gulch, Ryland Gulch, and Minnehaha. This part of the trip adds a little different scenery and terrain. There are a couple nice side trails also.

Thanks for the info. Looks like it is on the "to do" list now. I've passed the sign on Castle Creek end but never ventured. Would you rate it a little easier than "normal" route or about the same ?

Definitly easier. You won't run into the 2 or 3 rough spots.There are a couple rocky washes, but to go with that you get some sandy washes also. There is a mine at Minnehaha although I have not found the mine itself yet, just wandered the buildings.
