A fellow rider took the time to write up a little informant of what is happening at P/D and has a pdf that we all can print out to give to others as needed to those that frequent out there. Here is the link: http://web.mac.com/mittlemans/iWeb/Site/Save%20our%20Trails.html
P/D came real close to closing this month...and it still can get closed. Luckily we have a few good Offroad enthusiasts that fight to keep these areas open and have been able to come up with a plan to keep the area open for at least a while longer. At some point in time, some volunteers will be going out there to put down some "goop" to make the staging area Dust Free to make in compliant with the City of Scottsdale Ordinance that just passed a few weeks ago.
So please help us to keep this area open by not creating a lot of dust (by doing donuts, "burnouts" etc) near the staging area....and if you see others doing this, please help out by talking to them or just simply hand them the pdf flyer from the link above. Thanks for your cooperation and help. [8D]
