Help! Need directions to upper Sycamore!!!

Im going to Sycaomore Creek to camp out tonight with a buddy. I need to know how to get there[?], whats the difference between upper and lower[?], and which one is better for riding[?]............(riding quads! [xx(]We are both advanced riders[B)]).....Thanks in advance!!:D
