Steve, I got a good deal from E-bay on a new 60cf for $110. I fill it with nitrogen for tires and shocks. Do a search for GTS Welds. All tanks are new and certified for I think 10 years.

I don't know if you got something figured out yet, But I have an aluminium co2 tank with eductor (I got it to fill paintball tanks) that I'd sell you (It's a 40 cu f)
The tank is half empty, but I would imagine your buying for the core value more than anything.
