Alright what do all you DS guys where when you are out on the pavement/trails. In the summer on pavement, when I am riding I wear a Thor Impact Rig SE and helmet and boots. When I am going to be in the dirt I add offroad pants and Fox boots. In winter when I am on the street I have a Joe Rocket jacket that I wear instead of the Impact Rig. An here's the other question I have has anyone of you met pavement with it on and who did it hold up? Just wanted to know what gear is out there and how it holds up.

On the street bike. I wear First gear jacket and pants with added CE armour, boots gloves and helmet in summer and Full Kangaroo leathers when it is under 95F.
On the dirt bike, 661 pressure suit, pro bomber pants and articulated knee guards, Fox pants, gloves, helmet and jersey. A-Stars Tech boots.

I'm an ATGATT guy.
I've done a 80+mph get off in the kangaroo and although the Ducati was binned, I only had a quarter sized bruise to show for it. :)
I'm on the ground at least once every dirt ride and have never been hurt yet.

Helmet, MSR boots, EVS knee/shin guards, RockGardn Flak Jacket.

I'd like to get some kind of well ventilated jacket for slab rides, and would like to get some Klim gear also.

I completely agree RidenRed... I am expecting the arrival of a Cortech 'Accelerator 2' jacket, and I will be sure to post up what I think of it after a ride.

After about six hours of riding yesterday, I am really satisfied with the jacket. It vents very well provided you are moving, and there are plenty of pockets to store stuff. The jacket even comes with a liner for cold weather riding, and a backpack/hydration bag that integrates into the back of it. I didn't use it on the ride (already have a hydration bag with all kinds of riding essentials in it), but it looks like a great feature to use provided you have somewhere else to stash tools, or any other hard items. The only bad thing I have to say about anything is the hydration bladder the jacket came with... it is very crappy (the bladder and valve).

I have one of the olympia bushwaker jackets, works pretty damn well, and the liner is good down to 40 or son. not sure on rain. usually wear a street helmet as well if I'm doing mostly street, and boots all depends on the ride. sold tall work boots for commuting, or my alpinestars for something more challenging.
