View Full Version : ATV Trails to North Rim
Are there any atv roads or trails accessing the north rim of the Grand Canyon. I've been told there was, but have been unable to confirm the information.
Yes there are several. Get a copy of A Guide to Arizona Back-Roads and 4-Wheel Drive Trails by Charles Wells. You will find it very useful on your trip to Arizona. Many other places to ride in that part of the state are also covered in the book. Enjoy!

Almost the entire North Rim of the Canyon is BLM, and there are literally hundreds of roads and trails up there. Problem is there is not much civilization out there. You can be more than 2 1/2 driving hours from the nearest town, and it is all dirt roads. I have spent countless hours up there. The area is known as the Arizona strip, and if you love the unadulterated wilderness, it is for you.

Did I just pass you, again?
I bought the arizona trails book by wells but there is not that much on the north end of the canyon. Any other ideas on trail maps for that area?
