I am curious if there are any repuable places I can goto to get aftermarket parts. I am specifically looking for things like elka or PEP shocks, lonestar axle, houser a-arms, ect. Maybe a place that offers disc to racers. I will be putting my quad on the track next season, but need to get some stuff for it before it's raceable. Any help on this will be appreciated........

Monkeybutt Parts, ZMoto, Kenz, Pipers, Steve's the list is long. See what Kenz can do for you, as far as work and parts, as he is a site sponsor and his reputation is very good, oh and he offers a 10% discount with the RA Coupon. For aftermarket parts try Monkeybutt Parts, not sure about the discount though.

The Monkeybutt has a good flow of quad stuff thru his shop and has pretty nice pricing. Tell the monkey (Jeff) that you're on RA here and are looking for parts. He's very knowledgeable and is an ultra fast rider as well. He's at 602-993-3556. Tell him AP sent you.

Never met a CR500 I didn't like.

hey, i wouldn't suggest dumping the money into elka or pep suspension unless you are absolutely sure that it what you want. Works makes some very good shocks that will save you several hundred dollars. And on a-arms and swingarms, do some searching before you choose, you can find stuff just as good as the big names if not better for quite a bit cheaper.

I am trying to find some of the lesser brand a-arms and shocks, but not having the best of luck. So far, I was quoted 1800 bucks for symmetry +2 +1 a-arms and elka quad-rate long travel zero preload comp shocks from a repuable place back east, which is pretty expensive. I will have to look into Works (have read very little on them) and see other possible a-arms and get that price down a little.

Try MXThreadz.com. They are here in Buckeye and have great prices. Ask for Jimmy and tell him that Thad sent you and he will take care of you. He can get anything you want.

Make sure you put a Z at the end and not an S.

Also, for shocks check out GT Thunder. I am not sure what they can do for the Z400 shocks, but they work miracles on the TRX450R stock shocks. You could get all three redone for much less than just the rear setup.
