Hey - are any of you guys going to race the WORCS race in January out at COP? Me and my boyfriend are gonna race quads out there - will be my first WORCS or GP race ever. I usually race MX - so I'm a little nervous about riding all out for an hour!!! How was it last year??? I hear the turnout this year should be pretty good - getting some advertising in the magz and stuff........[:p]

I'll be there. I had a blast last year when it was at Speedworld. I've done a handful of GP races at COP, and it is a very rocky area. You just have to pace youself for those long rough races. I don't know exactly how the track will be layed out. I've been on just about every road around there, and they're all pretty rough. It's especially nasty when it rains. It turns into slop with hidden round boulders mixed in. Use extra heavey duty tubes on the bikes, and those rim lock deals you guys have on quads. There is always a lot of DNF's due to flats on that track.
It'll be fun, I can't wait.

I'm not a racer, But last year I got to flag a day. It was so awsome to watch. I had probably the best stand in the house. I hope they look for volunteers.I'd love to do it again!:D[8D]
