Lets also not forget Ted Cambell #76 frome Apache junction, and another guy you probably never heard of - Thomas Stuckey from Seirra Vista. He's a friend of mine that always shows up and riders hard. I don't know if he has ever qualified for the show but he's always there running hard early in the day at the pre-qualifiers.

wow! this was my first supercross event, and it was awesome! Getting to see McGrath make that "good-bye" lap was sooo cool. The minis were cool too, they did about 4 laps on the pro course, and they're a blast to watch. The kid that ended up winning it kept airing it out on the finish tabletop and on the last lap pulled a no footer. Bubba Stewart won the 125 main, and Ezra Lusk won the 250 main. Chad Reed was riding really good but Lusk pulled an awesome pass on him near the end of the final lap. Stewart looked awesome too, and he put some serious distance on everyone else, and was pulling some tricks for the fans on the last lap.

Az rider reports,
I went super early to watch the day Pre-Pre qualifiers. This is what I saw. It may be a little inaccurate, but close.
Blose didn't make the night show, but looked good. Ted Cambell made the night show, but missed the Main Event by 3 positions in the Last Chance Qualifier. Eric Anderson (Tucson Gp winner, Rock to Rock winner) had the qualifing run in the bag for the night show and crashed all on his own sending himself home early in the day. Thomas Stuckey looked a little hesitant, maybe a little out of his whelm. He didn't make the night show either. I know there were more Az dudes giving it their all, but I had a hard time spotting them.

Blose made it to the night show, he crashed in the LCQ. Landed on a haybale, he got back up but just rode into the pits. It's too bad I think he was in 3rd or 4th when he did it. Might have made the main.

You're right, I remember noe that Cambell and Bloss were pretty close in the LCQ.
