Hey guys I'm getting a ride together for this Sunday 5/2 to go explore the San Pedro river valley north of Redington Pass and some trails up around the Mammoth area. The plan is to meet up around 8am, explore some trails on the river valley I saw up there last time, ride into Mammoth and get some food/gas and go check out some trails around the Mammoth area. So far I have two other riders going. Staging will be at the first staging area on the left hand side of the road about a mile after Tanque Verde turns to a gravel road. Let me know if you would like to go, or if there are any other questions. STAGING COORDINATES ADDED IN BELOW POST

Hey Jim long time no see! I thought you were at Moab with the others, otherwise I would have called you about this a few days ago to extend a personal invite. Chaser you'll have to forgive me, I know we met out at Pinal a while back but I am terrible with names! Yes, this ride will be mosty in the northern Redington area, meaning not many rocks but lots of fun sandy wash's and trails to blaze down. Not so sure about the trails around the Mammoth area but hey, that's part of the adventure right?

Hey Curtis,
When you get into Mammoth, head west on Copper Creek Road for all kinds of exploring,...mining stuff lots of roads, Jim was there last time with Shane and I. Stop in at the little church in Klondike and light a candle leave a donation...
Hey Curtis! What's up stanger? I have a friend coming from out of town, so I will have to see you on another ride. Have fun!

Haha, what up shane! I know what you mean, it's been a while for sure. I've been spending most of my free time following behind my 5yo son as he is learning the ropes on his little Outlaw. Tons of fun but kinda scary at times! I would say at least the last 30 miles i've put on my quad have all been below 15 MPH, so you could say i'm ready to ride with the big boys again and crack the throttle open a little bit! We'll have to catch up on a ride one of these days, til' then take care.

As much as I want to go on this outstanding ride. I think I'll catch you all on the next one. We're waiting on #2 :) to show up any day now and that means no riding for a while. :(
