Hey guys check this out. March 28th - 30th is the Phoenix Bike Fest out at Firebird raceway, part of the fest is super motard racing. Remember the Superbikers thing on ABC about 20 years ago. Well its back....
The format is basically rip around some of the paved road course then transition to a dirt section with a TT style jump or two (fly-away style). They have a class (MotoX) where you can enter a pretty much normal bike. You have to saftey wire up and bolt that has fluid behing it and you can't run anti-freeze in your cooling system - they require that you run Redline Water wetter and water. This is pretty cool stuff. The big dogs in the pro supermotard classes run some pretty freaking amazing bikes - no limits on modification.
And, yes they have Quad classes too!!!!
