Joe, that is correct. Just north of the Saguaro Lake turn-off on the left (west) side. Marty thinks it's milepost 201. He also said there will be trailers and other things at the area, so no one will be able to miss it.
Trash bags will be provided. All we have to do is bag up the trash and leave it at the side of the road. The Forest Service will come through with their garbage truck and pick up the bags.
Bring gloves. It's nasty out there.[xx(]
Its just after mile marker 200. When you see the side road sign turn left if driving from the Phoenix area.
From Payson area its after mile marker 101.
Kimhuggs, Can you make this a "STICKY"! :D.........in the Rides Forum.........:D :D

What's the plan? Just bagging trash or do you want people to bring trailers and haul bigger pieces out?

Agreed.
We're only 2 weeks away and we need to represent RA out there. I'll be posting the "ride" and a sign up sheet.
There are plans for local media to cover the event, in addition to others who have volunteered to do a story on the clean up. (Thanks for the help, JH [^]).

Great Idea on The Sign Up :D
Here Is A Copy Of A E-Mail I Received Today
Dear Donald:
Thank you for your recent letter. It is good to hear from
you on the issues that are important to us all.
I will continue to closely examine and carefully monitor
this issue, and I will consider the thoughts shared in your letter
when doing so. Having the benefit of your views, as a concerned
resident of the Second District, is so very crucial to me in my work
both in Arizona and in Washington.
Founding Father James Madison said it best: "Public
opinion sets bounds to every government, and is the real sovereign
in every free one." Your opinion is very important to me. I am
grateful to you for your immeasurable help in shaping the United
States government.
Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me. I hope
you will continue to inform me of the issues that concern you. In
the meantime, please feel free to visit my website at
http://www.house.gov/franks.
Most
Sincerely,
Trent Franks
Member of Congress
