Has anyone been to the Sunflower, bushnell tanks recently? I haven't been there in years and am wondering if you can still ride back there? Is it worth the trip? And is there still water flowing through there? Any input would be great.

Yes. lots of people ridin' in that area. You can also take the RENO PASS ride over to Punkin Center (Extreme ride).

Are those roads on Forest Service and are they considered "improved" or graded, ie street legal? Thanks

Reno Pass is unimproved & can be challenging. A few trails around the area...

I rode through Reno Pass several times in the late 70's while riding the Tonto 100 enduro events.
