#3. Make sure whoever you are renting it from goes over everything and you get ALL of your questions answered. They are pretty simple.

Believe it or not, I think they advise you fill the black tank approximately 1/3 full of water before use.
You don't want things "piling" up down there- they need to slosh around and keep moving, so they'll move to the exit when you dump the tank. 1/3 sounds like a lot, but you'd be hard pressed to put 25 gallons or so of liquid and solid waste in there.
Good point. Mines a 50 Gallon so I better double up.
When it's time to dump, I fill the back tank if it isn't full with water and then dump. Once the black is done I close the valve and open the grey. That flushes the hose pretty well. While the grey is draining, I refill the black with water. When the grey is done I dump the black and fill the grey with water. This way both tanks get a good washing out.
Aslo, watch the rear of the trailer in tight places like gas stations. It swings wide the other direction when you turn. I tagged a pole in a gas station in Ouray,CO once... [B)]

Thanks Everyone :D
For The Great Helpful Hints ;)
Watch the overhead in gas stations, It could be an expensive fix and damage to the station if there isn't enough clearance to pull through,
