It seems that there is an ever increasing amount of topics repeatedly asking the same questions about OHV registrations and how to be street legal.
I suggest that a forum be created dedicated to this subject so new people entering this site can see the forum prominently displayed and maybe we won't have to keep answering the same questions over and over.
Maybe the old topics can be moved to this site and a sticky at the top with the basic requirements.
I will help write it up, if it is not already on the BBS, and help answer questions.
