Has anyone thought to put some protectant (like what you would put on your garage floor) down on the floor of a toy-hauler? Or is there something I am not thinking of? I am thinking of trying it. Any info would help. Thanks.
I'm not sure how it could hurt. Mine already has a couple of scratches on it where the bare wood is showing. I've been thinking of doing the same thing. I'd really like to have it covered in a "bed-liner" material (Inyati or Rhino) but my guess is that it would be VERY expensive. It would be a pretty large area to cover.

Where would you go to get a bedliner sprayed in? If I knew that I could call to find out prices. I wouldn't even know where to start calling. Also they have the do-it-your-self type from home depot. Any thoughts on that?
I'm thinking of trying a few coats of the epoxy coating used to coat garage floors. The stuff is pretty tough, ya just need more than 1 coat on wood.
I'll be trying that on mine sometime soon.
rolled aluminum will be most efficient means for cost and for weight.
Weight from the spray ons will definately be a factor to review.
tin snips some liquid nail for metal/wood combo and your in there. I have the dimaond aluminum which came with my toy hauler so I have no worries.

I have a 34' box trailer with an 8' ramp door. O had bed liner sprayed on the floor and ramp and went 3' up the walls. Cost me about $1200 but was well worth it. I have not found anything elses that worked in my old trailers so I stepped up to try bedliner. So far, its worked the best.

Any idea how much weight was added with the spray in bedliner? And roughly how many square feet that price covered?
I talked to a guy at Home Depot last night for what it is worth, and he said the epoxy for garage (cement) floors, with tear up wood or composite wood floors, but there were other alternatives.
I am going to have my brother's friend spray my toy hauler floor/ramp with a bedliner coating.
I did the spray in bed liner on the floow of my trailer - I believe the builder had B&M bumper put it in. I am going to put diamond plate on the ramp though as it had gotten pretty beat up - not from bikes, but from putting product on the trailer using a pallet jack. The bedliner has been good - also easy to clean.

I'll try to get a quote this week. Thx.
How about the Herculiner stuff thats for sale at many auto stores and such. It's probably a step up from paint, but a lesser quality liner material, just don't know if it's good for adhearing to wood. Rich

What's he cost and will he do it for anyone else?
