Hi, I just moved to chandler and bought a CR 250. I came from riding wooded single track in N. Michigan. I was spoiled... I would just ride from my drivway on local trails.
Please let me know of the closest places to ride. I live on intersection of the 60 and 101. I like to ride trails but would also like to know of any local tracks. Anything close would be good! I just need to ride. Please leave detailed directions if possible.
Thanks, kidwrock

Welcome to Arizona ! You were spoiled! We are further east than you are - however - many people take the 60 east to Ironwood - go south to the etmotopark - 4 tracks - $20 to ride. Thursday and Friday nights 7pm-11pm. Sat and Sun 6am-11am. We will be there tomorrow at 6am. If you look on this site under MX racing you should see more info - and you can go to Search and put in chandler. All the tracks are listed at www.gomxracing.com Have fun!! If you find some trails near you - let us know - we have relatives at Warner and I10 and we can never find anything over there. Hope that was a little help!!

If you want free riding same directions apply except about two to three miles south of the 60 on the west side of the road you will see state trust land that is pretty cool place just to get out and play. Just park your truck unload your stuff and go play.

I used to live over there behind the mall. Really is not any riding close by. Take your bike out east or go up to the Rolls. There is some open desert south of Pecos to about Queen Creek. Once in a while you may see people riding there. Don't follow their lead. It is reservation land and they get pretty upset about it.
One other thing...If you are riding on State Trust Land you will need a permit. $15.00 or $20.00 for a year. There have been many posts on this site about it or you can search the web for Arizona State Trust Land to find out more about it.

Welcome to the site KidWrock. Take a look in the Links Directory here on Riding Arizona. There are more Arizona trails a MX tracks listed there than any other place on the Net. For trails...look in the Trail Guide. For MX Tracks...look in the Places To Ride, Tracks. Welcome.
