I am going to Greer in the white mountains and my quad is not street legal. Where can I ride and not run into any problems for not being legal?

Greer is beautiful.
Apache-Sitgraves is very stringent regarding OHV.
Saffle Canyon is the only designated OHV trail in the area (not bad either btw).
