View Full Version : Entry level Utility ATV Wanted
I’m looking for something easy to ride for the wife or inexperienced friends and family. A CVT belt drive or semi auto transmission would be nice. I don’t need over 250cc. Ideally I am looking for a Bombardier Rally [xx(]or something along those lines.
(you know the ones everyone else doesn’t want)

Hey Spike1
I would personally suggest checking out Kymco's ATV's. They offer a full line of entry-level sport and utilty ATV's. The MXU 250 and MXU 150 versions have a CVT transmission with F-N-R gears. It is liquid-cooled and very reliable. There is also an MXU 300 version with H-L-N-R gears. The pricing is great and definately a bike that will last you. Look them up at www.kymcousa.com or come into Desert Toyz ATV in Peoria (91st Ave and Grand), where you can sit on one today! Call Desert Toyz ATV at 623.334.3346 if you have any questions, ask for me, Austin.
Hope it helps!
Thanks!

try www.wickedrocket.com they have alot of different stuff and fairly inexpensive
Nevermind ![:0]
I'm picking up a new Polaris SAWTOOTH in the morning[:0]. I just couldn't see paying that kind of money for no-name stuff made in China. As I have found out, people really don't want to get rid of the (name-brand) entry level stuff ??? I guess it's just nice to have for the same reason I wanted one. [^] This comes with a warrenty + 3 addional years. This is a good topic for discussion anyway !
:)
Thanks for your input.

Spike, I can't believe there is a name brand ATV that I havn't heard of. Tell me about the Sawtooth....
Goose,
Here is the link that will show you the Polaris Sawtooth next to the Honda Recon like I have now. I think this should be a good wife ATV+. It's a new model for 2006 that why you haven't heard of it. It's a Polaris "Phoenix" in Utility trim ???
