Got our Fall hunt apps in (due next week)...waiting on the draw results in July--please, please, please! If there's a god, please grant me a few tags...
MONTANA

I will put mine in soon, the usual archery elk and archery antelope, and Sheep and Coues deer. I already got the javelina in January.
I submitted my application for the draw! [8D]
Hoping for antelope maybe?! 7 bonus points...
Got 11 for bighorn, but I wont draw that for probably another 50 years

I still have sent my app's in yet, I plan on putting in for Elk, Deer, Javalina and Antelope. No points on any of these, I just hope my drawing luck keeps up :D

I dropped my app's off today, put in for Elk, Deer and Antelope, now to sit back and wait. I can now see why all the prices for fishing and hunting are going up:( so much next year[V]. I went to the G&F on Greenway and the whole darn place was packed with G&F vehicles, I guess they can't afford[:0] the gas right now to move them.

Mine are all in now. :D Now if I could just draw either an elk or antelope tag that I applied for in New Mexico. I will know in a couple of weeks on them. ;)

Has anyone read the regs for 2007 permits? The permit fees have gone up from about 50% to almost 100%. Ex: 2007 elk tag is $121.50. Like gas & everything else I guess...
Also, elk & antelope permits are accepted in January & the draw is in March 2007.

The good old days are over.
I hope the prices keep going up.. Make it 2000 for an elk tag for all I care, but maybe when we DO actually get drawn for a unit 1 early tag and less people put in cause it is more money, it'll be worth it. Anything to better our odds. It is such an unfair way of drawing. AZ needs to follow states like Colorado and their drawing and preference point systems.
