There is a new area a few miles East of A.J.
Take US 60 East to mile post 207.New area is on the South side of hwy.60
Look in the R.A. Trailguide under "new OHV area E. of Gold Canyon" for all the details. A state land permit is required. T/M

Hey, urbanpoison, you have alot of riding options in the East Valley
1. Bulldog Canyon - permit require
2. Queen Valley/Whitford Canyon/Whitlow Dam
3. Martinez Ranch, Box Canyon and coke ovens
4. Four Peaks / Rolls OHV
5. Oak Flats (US60 East of Superior)
6. Kearney OHV area

The OHV area at mile marker 207 is now called the Desert Wells Multi Use Area and the map is finished and available from Arizona Game and Fish Department 602-942-3000
I think you can get the state land permit at Desert Fabrication on Idaho. or call 602-364-ASLD - the state land department.
Hey Syreda - we went to Rogers Trough last weekend - 3hours to travel the 40 miles - somehow we missed one right and wound up on the dirt road we werent legal on - but only for a little bit - what a blast!!! I can still feel the workout!! Thanks for the directions!!

It really is great riding within just a few minutes!! We are very fortunate - so - make sure you carry out your trash and everyone elses!! The big think to making sure these areas stay open is staying 1/4 mile away from the highway when riding!! Stirring up all the dust along the 60 is what got the 201 closed. Happy Riding!

No problem. To keep off the main road there are a few options. We'll have to meet up and do the route, soon.

You should be able to get the ASLD permit application from ZMoto. I think they have them. Then you just have to mail it in and they send you the permit signed with a window hanger.
Where is ZMoto located?
