View Full Version : Weekend Warrior Warranty Service
It appears that WW has once again moved their Warranty service to a new provider...somewhere way over in Glendale. Have any of you WW owners had your trailers out there yet? If so, is the new place any good? Anyone know why they can't seem to keep the same Warranty provider for more than a few months??

I guess what you are saying is that East Valley RV in Apache Junction no longer warranties WW? What is the name of the new place?
Griz...that is correct...RV Specialists in AJ is no longer doing WW warranty service. Apparently, Travelon is doing some of the stuff that they can themselves for right now...and are supposed to open a new place somewhere out West in July/August. I don't know if Travelon is going to open their own place or if they just mean that some other RV shop will be starting to take the WW warranty work. I'm bummed because the guys out in AJ did a good job and did it in good time. I will likely still take my non-warranty stuff to them since I live in the East Valley.

When I bought my WW from Giant RV in California they told me that almost any RV shop can do the warranty work, they would just have to get the okay before the work was done. Since I have had only one problem with mine and took it to AJ I haven't looked into the option of other shops performing the warranty work. I think I will call the main headquarters of WW in California and find out. I will let you know what they said.

I got a call into WW in California. I talked to Travelon in Mesa and their new shop will open in a couple of weeks in Glendale like ksand said but the man didn't know where it would be though. He did say that they will do their own work not like the place in Mesa which farms most of it out. They are already booked up for 8 to 10 weeks.

I talked with WW today. This is what they said. The following shops can perform warranty work.
1. Sun City RV
2. Orangewood RV
3. Beardry RV
4. Travelon RV
5. East Valley RV if they will take it. ;)
Thanks Chris. I guess there are some options after all. Do you know where Beaudry or Orangewood are? I know Travelon is in Mesa...but I also know that they are going to do "limited" repairs. East Valley told me pretty much outright that they did NOT want any more WW Warranty repairs.

Beaudry is in Mesa but I will never take anything to them.
I found out a little bit more about the Travelon Dealership that is opening up somewhere out on the West Side of town. Apparently with all of the growth here in the valley, Warrior told Travelon that they either had to open up another location out West or Warrior was going to allow another dealer to sell Warrior in the West Valley. Travelon wanted to stay exclusive here in the Phoenix area...so they are opening the West Valley location. Supposedly the new location will have 4 repair bays so that they can do warranty and other work there. Not sure exactly when it opens...or even exactly where it is...but it IS coming.

I would have rather seen a new dealership in town. ;)
