Default OK, thinking about going to the dunes one last time...
With the pending cold front coming in and the temps dropping into the 70s for the weekend; I'm thinking of going on one last dune trip this weekend (since I'm still packed from last weekend & I still have gas to use).

Thinking of Buttercup but I'm open to other areas. Thinking of going down Thursday & staying through Sunday afternoon.

Don't want to ride alone, so let me know if anyone is interested in going.

The dunes were GREAT today! Nice temps and drove the buggy in shorts & T-shirt. Had virgin dunes and was the only car out there at Buttercup! Great lines and no worry about others being in the way!

Then the storm hit at dark. Little rain but a lot of wind. Which means even smoother dunes tomorrow!!!

Really would have liked to gone out this weekend. We are suppose to go April 19 -23 and I'm seeing the temperatures forecasted to be in the HIGH 90's, that maybe a show stopper for us. Looks like we picked to go one weekend to late.

Next season we'll try to keep flexibilty in our schedule.

Glad to hear you pulled off one more trip before the heat hits.
