Wished you would have been with us, then you could have gotten the ticket. First ticket in 15 years. Running the twisties up to Prescott I got nailed for 72 in a 35. Officer was cool and bumped it down to 10 over. Oh well, guess I better slow it down from now on.

Thanks to Bob for a nice little day ride. Great breakfast and good company.

I turned around and went back after waiting ahead for him for a while....I thought he was going to be in handcuffs. That's the first time I have seen a leo hiding on that road

Oh the irony... that's what I was clocked at.

That's one thing I miss about my Wing... the thermometer. It was pretty damn accurate. The one on my Harley sucks. It always shows it's over 100°, unless of course if it's 50° outside... then it shows it's 80°

I always go through Kirkland Juncition and Skull Valley just because the LEOs don't hang out there like they do on the main road into Prescott.... and they are like flies on the road from Prescott up to Jerome too..... easy money there....

Guess you'll be going to traffic school here pretty quick.....

Yep... traffic school it is.

Skull Valley/Kirkland and coming in on the backside of Prescott is a decent ride also. Haven't been that way for awhile. Guess it's time to mix it up a bit.

I like the 153 curves between Wilhoit and Prescott.

I saw the DPS hiding in the trees when I came around a corner. By the time I got to where he was hiding, he was gone...then I saw his lights through the trees as he was chasing down Gary. Gary must have been looking at the dead squirrel in the road and didn't see him. I'm sure Gary could have outrun the cop...but not his radio. It's hard to go 35 on run roads like that.

I need to go to my parents house in colorado when it warms up enough to turn their heat off and do some maintenance there. I'll probably ride my bike and hit all the cool roads in the durango area.
